Will my food arrive hot?
We call the restaurant to start your order when we have a driver available to arrive at the restaurant 5 minutes before your food is done cooking. Your driver then delivers your order directly from thier kitchen to your door so it will arrive as hot as possible.
Why am I presented restaurants that don't deliver to me?
The zip codes are subdivided into smaller delivery areas and sometimes the system will not find the sub-area. Please email us with your name and address and we will update your sub-area.
My order was wrong or something was missing.
Contact your driver or call us at (614) 488-9866. We will be happy to deliver the missing items or you can opt for a credit.
